■Fukuyama Plant is the only base in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, and is one of the few factories in the region with a "one-stop service system" that integrates heat treatment and surface treatment equipment.

■ Integrated production system with heat treatment and surface treatment

Heat treatment (isonite, SQP, isonitite LS) and surface treatment (phosphate treatment, solid lubrication, and high-performance coating) are installed in the same base, and we provide one-stop services from "heat treatment ~ surface treatment".
It is possible to reduce transportation lead time, stabilize quality, and respond to short delivery times, supporting the creation of products with high customer satisfaction.

■ Core base in the Chugoku and Shikoku area

As a production base that is close to the region, we provide fast and flexible services to customers in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.
For surface-related problems such as corrosion and wear, we propose optimal heat treatment and surface treatment and solve them in a one-stop manner.
