Koga Factory

■ Koga Plant is a factory specializing in heat treatment processing, 　providing surface modification treatments aimed at improving. the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of various metal parts, including automotive parts .

■ Main technologies 　:

・Isonite treatment (salt bath soft nitriding treatment) :
Applicable to a wide range of steel types (carbon steel, cold-rolled steel, structural steel, stainless steel, etc.) . Excellent wear resistance and seizure resistance.

・Palsonite treatment (low-temperature soft nitriding treatment) :
A treatment for precision parts that suppresses deformation and distortion. It suppresses deformation, distortion, and reduction in core　hardness after treatment, and maintains surface smoothness.

・SQP, QPQ treatment (oxynitriding treatment) :
A composite treatment of Isonite treatment + corrosion resistance enhancement (oxide film formation). An oxide layer is formed after Isonite treatment, resulting in a glossy black appearance. 　　Corrosion resistance of hard chromium plating (film thickness 20 μm) or higher can be obtained.

・Superiornite treatment (low-temperature oxynitriding treatment) :
A composite treatment of low-temperature soft nitriding treatment + oxide film formation. A hybrid treatment that suppresses deformation after treatment and has high corrosion resistance.

The Isonite LS treatment:
A composite treatment that simultaneously performs salt bath soft nitriding and special oxidation treatment, resulting in excellent wear resistance, seizure resistance, and corrosion resistance. A thick oxide layer is obtained, significantly improving sliding properties, seizure resistance, and corrosion resistance.
