■We have various surface treatments available in-house, including heat treatment (Isonite), chemical treatment, solid lubrication treatment, and electrolytic nickel plating, allowing us to offer solutions that include combined treatments to meet a wide range of performance requirements.

■ Our track record in providing surface treatments

■ Isonite treatment (salt bath soft nitriding): Applicable to a wide range of steel types.Excellent wear resistance and anti-seizure properties.

■Chemical conversion treatment: Contains zinc phosphate and manganese phosphate. Provides functions such as rust prevention, improved adhesion of paints and platings, wear resistance, and lubrication.

■ Pallube treatment: A dry surface treatment that forms a solid lubricant film on the metal surface
to reduce the coefficient of friction and prevent wear and seizure . Achieves long-term lubrication and excellent load-bearing capacity even in high-temperature, vacuum, and radiation environments where oil or grease cannot be used, or in places where lubrication is difficult .

■ Electroless Ni plating: Its greatest feature is that it is possible to plate with uniform high dimensional accuracy even in complex shapes and interiors , and excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance are obtained. Furthermore, post-heat treatment can give it wear resistance comparable to hard chrome plating .
