Overview

■Utsunomiya Plant has been providing a wide range of surface treatment technologies in the North Kanto region: Since commencing operations in December 1979, the Utsunomiya Plant has been providing a wide range of surface treatment technologies as a contract processing plant for chemical treatment, lubrication coating, and painting
in the North Kanto region and Tochigi Prefecture , as well as neighboring prefectures.

・The chemical treatment line can process long items up to 6.5m . We also handle trivalent 　chromate and non-chromate treatment for aluminum .

・The conveyor painting line performs solvent and powder coating, and can paint up to a maximum size of H1,800 x W600 x L4,000. In addition, the stationary painting line 　paints products of various shapes and sizes, including large items . ・The solid lubrication line 　performs functional coatings, including lubrication coatings .

: We can mainly provide excellent functions such as wear resistance/low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and quietness for precision parts .

In addition, we can offer a wide range of proposals tailored to the needs of our customers.
In line with the recent electrification of mobility,　we offer solutions for areas that conventional technologies could not address, such as electrical properties (insulation/conductivity) and thermal management (heat dissipation, heat shielding, heat insulation, heat resistance) .
