: ■Technologies provided by the Sendai Plant We provide various technologies centered on chemical processing (phosphate coatings), which is the ancestral business of the Group.

Coating base, temporary rust prevention, adhesion base for various materials, friction coefficient stabilization.
〇 Manganese phosphate film treatment Initial blending of
sliding parts, stabilization of friction coefficient,
coating base, temporary rust prevention, and improvement of design.
〇 Lubrication treatment for plastic processing Improvement of cold forging performance by a three-layer composite film based on conversion treatment.
〇 Functional coat treatment
Various inorganic organic binders are formulated with fluorine, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and other lubricating and performance-improving ingredients.
Reduction (increase) of friction coefficient, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick, insulation, heat dissipation, etc.
