: ■Since the start of operation in 1988, as a factory specializing in contracted surface treatment processing, we have been mainly engaged in surface treatment of parts entrusted by automobile manufacturers and parts manufacturers mainly in Aichi.
In recent years, we have received an increase in requests from customers in a wide range of industries, such as defense equipment and machine tools, in addition to automobiles, and we have further expanded our range of services.

● Iron-based conversion treatment
Purpose: Primary rust prevention, coating base, improved sliding properties, improved wear resistance
● Lubrication treatment for plastic processing
Purpose: Cold forging, abnormal noise prevention
● Aluminum-based conversion treatment
Purpose: Thin film corrosion resistance, coating base, etc.
● Solid lubrication treatment
Purpose: Sliding, anti-seizure, abnormal noise, initial familiarization, grease-less, etc.
● Special coating
Purpose: Insulation/conductivity, grip, anti-reflection, chemical resistance, Thermal radioactivity, etc.
