: ■A pioneer in surface treatment that can flexibly respond to customer needs Kitakyushu ST Factory responds to customer needs by making full use of a wide variety of chemical processing and coating technologies.
In particular, the plant has a relatively large chemical processing line (manganese phosphate and zinc phosphate), and is characterized by lubrication coats mainly using defric coats and special coatings related to the Ministry of Defense.

: ■Main technologies served at Kitakyushu ST Plant
・We have a medium~large chemical processing line (6.5m*1.1mh*1.2m) and a black conversion and acid cleaning line, and can not only process bonde and bondalube treatment, but also one-component lubrication coat treatment.
In addition, various lubrication coatings are possible, mainly deflicks.
・Powder coating, large solvent coating booth, large shot blasting booth
・Automatic surface treatment line for aluminum materials (planned to be introduced)
・Development technology to realize customer requests
・One-component coating line for cold forging
・We can respond to various in-house evaluations and analyses such as sliding, corrosion resistance, and surface analysis through a wide range of R&D systems in collaboration with the Parker Group.
